What recovery agents may NOT do
Our advocates check every one of these on-site. Violations are logged with citations in your Evidence Locker.
Agents must not call before 8 AM or after 9 PM
Agents must identify themselves and their parent company
Agents must not contact relatives or workplace
Agents must not threaten, abuse, or use intimidating language
Agents must not visit without prior notice (minimum 7 days)
Agents must not seize non-collateral property
